Product Description

200W | 300W | 500W Light Cleaner Air Cooled Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine

This compact air-cooled system integrates the laser source, handheld cleaning head and controls in one portable unit. Its space-saving design combines convenient handling with protective features. An optional
lithium battery is available. It offers versatile, fast and cost-effective cleaning for tasks such as rust removal from metal surfaces, including jobs involving frequent relocation, outdoor work, elevated work areas
and confined spaces.

Three Storage Drawers For Store your Protective Glasses,Protective lens,Tools,Focus lens

Three pull-out drawers provide space for tools, spare protective windows, cleaning accessories and other job-site supplies. Keeping these items with the machine helps operators organize their equipment and access frequently used parts during maintenance work.

Touchscreen Controls and Saved Settings

The cleaning control system supports up to 12 cleaning modes for different surface-treatment tasks. Operators can adjust process settings, save frequently used parameter combinations and recall them for repeat jobs.

Controls on the handheld cleaning head provide convenient access to cleaning adjustments while working.

Cleaning Head with an Integrated Air Knife & Distance Monitoring

The annular air knife directs airflow around the lens area to help keep smoke, dust and removed particles away from the optics. A replaceable protective window provides an additional barrier against contamination.   F160 and F254 focusing lens options are available to suit different working-distance and cleaning-width requirements.

The cleaning head incorporates a distance sensor array to monitor its distance from the work surface. The specified control function stops laser emission when the measured distance falls outside the configured focal range.

Air-Cooled Construction

The air-cooled design supports a compact, transportable system. A 5 m fiber cable provides working reach around components, machinery and maintenance areas.   The rubber-coated metal conduit combines flexibility with resistance to impact and crushing for industrial handling.

Typical Applications

Metal surface preparation — rust, oxide, paint and oil removal from suitable metal surfaces.

•  Mold maintenance — removal of surface deposits and production residues.

•  Automotive maintenance — cleaning suitable metal components during repair and restoration.

•  Wood restoration — selected coating and surface-residue removal after sample testing.

•  Industrial equipment maintenance — localized cleaning of parts, fixtures and machinery.     Cleaning settings should be selected for the substrate, coating and required surface finish. Sample testing is recommended before processing sensitive surfaces or production components.

Elimination of Chemical Solvents

Handling and disposal of hazardous chemical solvents is eliminated by laser cleaning. The reduction in costs of consumable solvents and the expensive

requirements for post process treatment and disposal of these chemicals are not a factor for laser cleaning, making it both the environmentally preferred

and lowest cost solution.

Controllable Non-Damaging Process

Laser cleaning provides greater levels of control than are available for any competing process. The highly focusable and steerable laser beam can be

directed precisely as desired, while sensitive and repeatable power settings deliver only the amount of energy that is called for. The range of  fiber

lasers includes pulsed models specifically designed to produce optimum cleaning results with a minimum of heat generation.

Reduction in Waste Products

Laser cleaning is a non-contact process that removes only the unwanted materials. With no abrasives or secondary components involved, laser cleaning

produces fewer types and lower quantities of waste products than any other cleaning process. Less waste materials means lower process costs.

Abrasive Blasting vs Fiber Laser Cleaning

While the cleaning is easy and effective, cost lies in the collection and disposal of the blast media, which often has to be separated from the paint debris, which has its

own treatment issues. Fiber lasers eliminate the blast media problem. They provide a more controlled process that does not accidentally damage a surface through

excessive removal, and can also be used on thin and composite materials that would be damaged by the particle impact. Fiber laser cleaning is always consistent,

independent of operator effects, and can scale to suit the job size by selection of the laser power.

Cold Jetting vs Fiber Laser Cleaning

Also known as dry ice blasting, cold jetting has similar characteristics to abrasive blasting, but without the problems of abrasive material recovery and disposal.

Fiber laser cleaning has little risk of operator hearing damage, has no special ventilation requirements, and is more easily controlled when dealing with small parts.

Chemical Cleaning vs Fiber Laser Cleaning

Good for cleaning surface contamination from a whole part, chemical cleaning is not easily applied to a selective area. Disposing of the chemicals is

an increasingly difficult and costly challenge due to regulatory controls. Fiber lasers can be applied selectively. With no chemicals to degrade, quality

is consistent, and there are no chemical solvent disposal issues. With no drying time, parts are available immediately.
