Hydraulic clamping system

When the welded pillow plate sheet reaches the welding area, the hydraulic clamping device tightens the position of the pillow plate sheet that needs to be welded. Usually we set it to a 100mm welding area. When the 100mm area is welded, the hydraulic device automatically rises, and the welded pillow plate sheet Automatically move back 100mm, the hydraulic device repeats the previous action, and the laser welding machine repeats the previous welding action synchronously until the entire pillow plate sheet is welded.

A good hydraulic tightening device can ensure the flatness of the material being welded, no deformation, and the welding area is uniform.
